HOLLISTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 21, 2005--Harvard Bioscience, Inc. (Nasdaq: HBIO) will announce results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2005 after market trading hours on Thursday, May 5, 2005.

At 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time on Friday, May 6, 2005, management will host a conference call to discuss the Company's quarterly results.
