Biography

Alan Edrick was appointed a Director of the Company on September 3, 2019 and is Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee. Mr. Edrick has over 30 years of financial management and public accounting experience, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, financial planning and analysis, and regulatory compliance. Mr. Edrick joined OSI Systems, Inc., in September 2006 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Between 2004 and 2006, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of BioSource International, Inc. until its sale to Invitrogen Corporation. Between 1998 and 2004, Mr. Edrick served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of North American Scientific, Inc., a medical device and specialty pharmaceutical company. Between 1989 and 1998, he was employed by Price Waterhouse LLP in various positions including Senior Manager, Capital Markets. Mr. Edrick received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Anderson School at the University of California, Los Angeles.
